After 15 years in the field (and still learning every day) I’m here to share the lessons that no one puts in the training manual. This session will offer real talk on setting healthy boundaries, leading from any seat, staying adaptable, and showing up with a service mindset. We’ll talk about the importance of staying curious, never assuming you're the expert, and how to build a sustainable career in a field that’s always changing.
