July 28: Now ONboarding - Setting New Employees up for Success!

Everyone knows the age old saying: 'In admissions, you're either here 3 years or 30 years.' It can feel like your office is a revolving door of new employees, often new to the higher admission world. This session aims to give middle managers tools and strategies to help onboard new employees, making them feel valued and knowledgeable on day one- from the Director level all the way down to student workers.

We'll discuss starting strong in the interview phase, selecting the right candidates, and how to create s a successful onboarding plan from day one, to one hundred, and beyond!
